+ Position: Sales Supervisor (Work from Development to Supply Change Management)
o Develop Go-to-market plan for Leather Bag, Belt bag and Belt.
o Contact with UK, US customer from beginning to the end (Develop and amplify different brand like: Mulberry, Vera Bradley, Tumi, …)
o Manage performance development samples and quantity of Production Order.
o Clarify information/ issues with Clients.
o Train the new comer ( lead the new person know the whole process from beginning to the end, ask them to follow the rule how to work with customer in different case, share them experience to work efficiency).
o Work with related department to improve delivery process.
o Solve all issue from internal to external to make sure samples ship/sent out on-time.
+ Key Achievement:
