• Working with Customer Development team, Engineer and factory sample room technical team to develop the product to meet Design Requirement within the co-operate timeline.
• Daily communication with Customer and factory team to ensure product meets design requirement in aesthetic by obtaining the approval.
• Partner with engineering team to maintain the high quality of product.
• Meet the co-operate timeline through sample schedule follow up to production, report on the timely basis.
• Supporting and getting sample approval at different stage of sampling based on the product information from customer and engineers throughout the development to commercialization process. (e.g. confirmation samples)
• Following up the production schedule; working with planning team to ensure to ship the finished goods on time.
• Maintaining information accuracy, sharing information between cross functions for ensuring the product correctness.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration/ Marketing or Business related
• Experience: Minimum five years previous management experience, Handbag - Belt leather brand experience is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to display good leadership qualities, enthusiasm to motivate and drive a team
• Highly detail oriented and excellent organization skills, Updating system to status report is a must.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timing, managing heavy workload.
• Language: English, Knowing Chinese is an advantage.
